Refunds are applicable only if a batch or program is cancelled by IntelliBI due to operational or unforeseen circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days through the same payment mode used for payment.
Course Fee Policy
All course fees mentioned on our website/offices are subject to change without any notice.
We reserve the right to change the course fee. However, the fee paid by a student at the time of enrollment will remain applicable throughout the course.

- We do not accept payment related to job placement.
Placement Eligibility
Placement assistance is provided only to students who successfully complete the required training, projects, assessments, and placement readiness activities as prescribed by IntelliBI.
Personal Belongings
- Students are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings on the premises.
- The administration shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Data & Internet Usage
- Students are responsible for maintaining backups of their personal data.
- IntelliBI shall not be responsible for data loss arising from personal devices, third-party networks, software failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- We recommend students use their personal internet connection while on our premises.
- In case a student is using an office/personal laptop with IntelliBI's third-party internet connection, any data loss, personal data theft, or any issue related to data shall not be the responsibility of IntelliBI.
Testimonials & Media Usage
- If you have purchased an IntelliBI course, we may request a testimonial from you.
- We may display your testimonial, photographs, and videos on our website and social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and Flickr.
- You should be aware that publicly identifiable information may be used by third parties to send promotional or unsolicited messages.
- IntelliBI is not responsible for any personal information that you choose to display publicly.

A. AI & Generative AI Usage Policy
Students may utilize AI tools for learning purposes; however, projects, assignments, assessments, and interviews must demonstrate genuine understanding and individual contribution.
IntelliBI reserves the right to evaluate originality and competency.
IntelliBI reserves the right to reject assignments, projects, or assessments that are entirely AI-generated and do not demonstrate adequate student understanding.
B. Placement Commitment Policy
Students must actively participate in placement activities, including:
- Maintaining Updated Resumes
- Attending Scheduled Interviews
- Completing Mock Interviews
- Responding to Employer Communications in a Timely Manner
to remain eligible for placement assistance.
C. Certificate Revocation
IntelliBI reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraud, plagiarism, misrepresentation, project copying, or policy violations are discovered after issuance.
D. Recording Restriction
Students are prohibited from recording, livestreaming, distributing, sharing, selling, or publishing IntelliBI training sessions, course materials, mentor discussions, assessments, or proprietary content without written authorization.
Force Majeure
IntelliBI shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
